As one of only 54 businesses selected from across 13 states, DC, and Puerto Rico, Rigaud Global Company participated in an intensive three-day, 27-hour certification program designed specifically for veteran-owned businesses seeking to enhance their government contracting operations.

The program, the first of its kind in the nation, covered more than 20 critical areas of government contracting, including:

Insurance requirements
Indirect rates management
Simplified acquisition procedures
The training was led by industry experts and government officials, focusing on practical, market-based instruction designed to minimize risk and maximize revenue potential in the government contracting space.

The VIP GROW Program is fully funded by the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation, in partnership with SBA, Lockheed Martin, the State of Maryland, and various VIP sponsors. Participation is limited to C-level leaders of veteran-owned small businesses that have:
Been operational for at least 2 years
A minimum of 3 full-time employees
Experience in government contracts as a prime and/or sub-contractor
