The Challenge:

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services needed a marketing communications firm to partner with the State Opioid Response (SOR) Prevention Coordinator and a PAC on a statewide media campaign project to promote wellness.

 

The Solution:

Responding to the call, RGC created the "Activate Your Wellness" campaign tailored explicitly to Black and Brown Virginia communities aged 18-34. To ensure authenticity and effectiveness, RGC developed original messages that resonated with the target audience and delivered them through a multi-channel approach that included statewide TV streaming platforms (OTT), radio, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

 

To enhance the impact of our campaign, we incorporated a diverse range of media elements, including expertly crafted written content, stunning photography, and captivating videography. Each piece was meticulously proofread and edited to ensure maximum clarity and effectiveness.

 

The Results:

The "Activate Your Wellness" campaign proved to be a resounding success. Our comprehensive approach achieved more than 44 million impressions across various media platforms, far surpassing our original reach goals over two years. Audience feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the practical and accessible nature of our messaging. Our collaboration with OTT platforms further expanded our reach, empowering even more individuals with actionable information on enhancing their physical and mental wellness.
